"and Bakersfield is well on the list, ranking 96th out of 182 cities listed.

The study focused on three specific areas: entertainment and recreation; nightlife and parties; and costs. Bakersfield achieved its best score in the "cost" category, ranking 45th in the listed cities.

The number one city on the list? Las Vegas, Nevada.
