Days after Suzanne went missing, Morphew refused to take a polygraph test, according to a 130-page arrest affidavit unsealed on Monday.
Authorities said Susan Morphew was having an affair with a friend from high school and was planning to divorce her husband. Morphew is due for trial next year.
