The Beauty Bar, the popular bar located just east of Fremont Street Experience at 517 Fremont Street, received a notice of eviction on Friday, March 1st.
The reason for the eviction notice was quoted as follows:
Several incidents involving the Metropolitan Police … the tenant has failed to maintain all his activities in a decent, orderly and respectful manner. The tenant allowed obscene activities, disturbances, disturbances and other activities that compromised the health and safety of the guests and the peaceful enjoyment of the neighboring tenants.
According to the notice, the tenants of the property must vacate the premises within three judicial days of the date of service of the notice.
This means that Red Wolf Dead, LLC, the company behind Beauty Bar, has until Tuesday, March 5 to come off.
Meanwhile, many residents have already used social media regarding closure.
On Saturday, March 2, Punk Rock Bowling, a company specializing in music festivals and music events, tweeted in part: "We are well aware that the Beauty Bar has been temporarily closed and we assure you that all PRB shows will continue, whether there or elsewhere in the city center. "
