Baccalaureate in paradise is finally back!
Ahead of the Season 7 premiere next week, ABC has released a detailed look at what’s to come. Beep after the season 17 finale of The bachelorette Monday.
The upcoming season promises to be “bigger, bolder and sexier” than ever as 23 Bachelor Nation favorites hit the beach in Mexico for another chance to love.
In the extended teaser, fans get a glimpse of some of the possible couples in Season 7, including: Tammy Ly and Riley Christian, Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile, Demi Burnett and Kenny Braasch, and Jessenia Cruz and Ivan Hall.
And, of course, it wouldn’t be Baccalaureate in paradise without its fair share of drama.
Things should heat up between Aaron Clancy and his season 17 Bachelorette Castmate Thomas Jacobs, who is seen speaking with Becca Kufrin. (PEOPLE exclusively revealed on Monday that the former Bachelorette is joining the cast – news that comes nearly a year after her split from ex-Garrett Yrigoyen, to whom she got engaged. The bachelorette.)
“I can’t stop smiling,” she tells Thomas on what appears to be a date.

Later when we see the two men meet on the beach, Aaron asks, “I deserve a little respect.”
“Don’t fuck with me,” Thomas replies to Aaron. In a confessional, Serena says the men are “about to fight.”
The teaser also promises an emotional showdown between Joe and his ex, Kendall Long – who broke up last year after meeting on paradise in 2019.

When Kendall arrives, Joe has already started spending time with Serena. The former couple sit down to clean the air, and Joe asks, “Why did you come here?”
As tensions escalate between some of the competitors, Mari Pepin-Solis says, “The heat is f ——, that’s all I have to say.”
In the next clip, Mari throws a birthday cake into a bonfire on the beach before running off with Demi.
The trailer ends with flashes of contestants shedding a few tears, as one says, “I want to go home. This is where I want to go.”

Fans can also hear one of the season’s guest hosts, David Spade, who says season 7 could be “the most dramatic ever yet. Baccalaureate in paradise already.”
Season 7 of Baccalaureate in paradise will see Wells Adams return as a bartender, while also serving as the rose emcee. A rotating roster of celebrities will replace former host Chris Harrison, including Spade, Lance Bass, Lil Jon and Tituss Burgess.
Season 7 of Baccalaureate in paradise premieres Monday, August 16 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
