Browns superstar receiver Odell Beckham Jr. returned to the organization Monday on the eve of the first team activity session.
The comings and goings of Beckham have been revealed on social media. He is one of the Brown players who participated in an Instagram video taken in the locker room and posted by receiver Antonio Callaway.
The Browns will hold live volunteer training between Tuesday and Thursday, with Wednesday's session being the only one this week open to the media. Other OTAs are scheduled for May 21 and 23 and May 28 to 31. The mandatory minicamp is scheduled from June 4th to 6th.
If Beckham participates this week, it will be his first time with the Browns.
He was no longer with the Browns since arriving at Team Headquarters in Berea for the first day of their volunteer training program in the off-season, the 1 blockbuster with the New York Giants.
The NFL has granted the Browns an additional mini-camp volunteer because they have a new head coach, Freddie Kitchens, but Beckham has avoided these practices, which ran from April 23 to 25.
Beckham was on vacation and working alone this season, and Kitchens defended his absence from the volunteer program. Kitchens said, "I'm not going to say that I'm angry at Odell for not being here," and promised that Beckham would be fully prepared for the start of the regular season in September.
"Of course, I would prefer it to be here than not here, but I understand why," Kitchens said on April 27. "I talk to Odell every day, he knows what we do every day.
"It's better for us to have him here, we're a new staff, but if he can not be ready to play when he shows up, they have to find a new coach." D & # 39; "They have to find a new coaching position and he'll be ready to play, do not worry about that."
