Again, Kofi Kingston did not appear on WWE Monday Night Raw this week.
Xavier Woods ended up battling The Miz in a singles match on this week’s show and nothing has been said about Kingston’s absence.
PWInsider reports that Kingston is currently not cleared for in-ring action. There are no further details available on what is preventing him from WWE TV.
At SummerSlam, Kingston was initially to be involved in the segment with Woods where they were promoting the Pure Life Purified Water brand. Kingston was supposed to be there while dressed as another member of the NWO, but that obviously didn’t happen and PWI adds that Kingston wasn’t on the road this weekend.
It looked like Miz and Morrison were going to feud with The New Day before the eventual Miz / Morrison split but, as seen this week on Raw, they pulled the trigger at the start of their split and Miz and Morrison got together. will beat on next week’s show.
Whatever happens with Kingston, we wish him good luck and a speedy recovery.
