The water supply concessions included the construction of a 2.1 km long reservoir in their plans. At work, modern polyethylene pipes have been used, whose lifespan is about 50 years. The technical capabilities of the new reservoir have provided centralized water evacuation services for existing homes and all prospective development of the housing stock. In total, the spare capacity is able to provide about 40 residential buildings.
