Repair of the Krasny Prospect underpbad at the Kapital outlet is already underway – the pavilions have been dismantled, exposing 30-year markings on the wall. Every day, more than 2,000 people spend there, it's one of the oldest in Novosibirsk. Originally, in 1987, it was built exactly like a pedestrian crossing, but over time the place was invaded by shopping tents, and then by pavilions. Now, during the repair, the transition will be partially closed, and the exits will be dismantled. The cost of reconstruction is estimated at 30 million rubles

After the beginning of the central works at the crossing of the streets Voskhod-Kirov and the design project across the street Dimitrova are already in course. The design work is now going into the transition to the trolley lot, which is probably in the most deplorable state.

Pedestrian crossings in Novosibirsk eight. The most decent is on Bolshevik Street, which connects the metro station "Rechnoy Vokzal" and the Mikhailovskaya dike. And the most urgent – in the dam Dimitrovsky Bridge at the factory. Director of the MUP "Customer Management for the Construction of Underground Transport Structures" Alexander Mysik allowed the freeze of the work of this transition. The transition to the National Public Library for Science and Technology, linking Voskhod and Oktyabrskaya Streets, as well as the transition to the Trolley Estate, at the intersection of Dimitrov and Lenin Streets, is in good condition. The projects for all transitions were to be completed by 1 July, but due to the workload of the new SDL development work on ground transitions was postponed to 1 September. After a thorough examination of the transitions, the most painful places were identified: fire safety, ventilation, heating and possibility of using disabled people.

"In the 21st century it is impossible for the capital of Siberia to have pedestrian crossings in the center of the city. We exchanged experiences, went to Moscow and St. Petersburg, studied metropolitan underground pbadages. In the light of recent events related to fire safety, a firm and unequivocal decision has been made to restore order, "says Alexander Mysik.

During the repair, transitions will be partially closed and pedestrian movement will be organized. Since September 1st, work on Red Avenue, Dimitrova and near SPSTL will end at full power. The total amount that the municipality will need for repairs is estimated at 35-40 million rubles, of which 25 to 30 million will cost only a single pbad on Red Avenue. Here, it is necessary to change the lighting, ventilation, solve the problem of freezing. The same disadvantages also exist in the transition to SPSTL. Thirty years ago, during the construction of these underground structures, it was not badumed that they had to provide a plus during the winter.

From now on, all kiosks were dismantled and 30-year-old wall inscriptions were open to workers. complex, which may include small retail. "There are a lot of questions about engineering." During construction, the commercial premises were not supposed to, when they appeared they needed heating, ventilation, says Alexander Mysik. the reconstruction, all the kiosks will be dismantled in stages, and they will continue to be installed in connection with new engineering solutions. Now, we have started working on the sites where there are the most problematic places. "

After reconstruction, preliminary estimates indicate that there will be fewer retail outlets. For the pbadage, a minimum of three meters of space is required, so that it is possible that commercial pavilions are stored only on one side. The changes will affect people with disabilities – a tactile tile will appear, which will be located on the floor or walls. In addition, transitions should be equipped with emergency lighting. It is anticipated that all work will be completed in the spring of 2019.

It should be recalled that the large underground transitions in Novosibirsk do not meet modern security requirements. At this conclusion, the commission that inspected the objects on April 5 arrived.
