The cheapest cars in Russia are named

The publication notes that this year the list of budget cars has undergone the most ambitious changes since 2015. Since March, nine of the ten models on the list have seen their prices rise. This is because some of the cheap cars have left the market, and their place has been taken by more expensive models.
