The club card was automatically activated on 1 June of last year, for which the woman paid 5 700 rubles. However, the fitness center never opened at the time: opening times were constantly postponed. The woman has several times appealed to the owner of the sports club with a request to terminate the contract and return the money. But the individual businessman V. I. Mishin ignored the calls. In the territorial department of the region Rospotrebnadzor filed a lawsuit at the world court of Achinsk.
The world judge sided with the woman and decided to recover the owner fitness center 18600 rubles: for the cost of the card customer requirements and compensation for non-pecuniary damage.
