The governor of Khabarovsk Territory Vyacheslav Shport mandated to create for developers a "one-stop shop" – a regional center for the promotion of construction, which will help deal with administrative obstacles. Today, this issue has been discussed at a project staff meeting to improve the business and investment climate of the region.
According to construction minister Konstantin Pepelyaev, similar structures are working successfully in several Russian regions. In Khabarovsk, the creation of the center has already begun. All regional departments involved in the construction process will be brought together under one roof – first and foremost, customer service, expertise, construction supervision.
"Our priority task is to create the most comfortable conditions for the builder.The shortest time pbaded all the procedures and quickly proceeded directly to the construction.Today, for the moment, there are many divergences in the regulation at the municipal level, in the urban planning standards.In the framework of the center we will try to remove all the administrative barriers, each project will be accompanied by a personal manager.At the same time, we will recruit not a specialized staff for the center, but will change the management methods to work with companies, "said Konstantin Pepelyaev
The construction badistance center will be located in Khabarovsk on Amursky Boulevard 43 and will receive its first customers in 2019. In pilot mode, it will accompany projects in the regional capital and in the Khabarovsk region.In the future, a branch in Komsomolsk-on-Amura
