According to the statistics of the republic, according to the results of the first six months of this year, Bashkortostan is in second place in the district for the commissioning of residential buildings. In terms of housing per capita, the Republic occupies the third place

In total, 4881 apartments with a total area of ​​870.1 thousand square meters were put into operation on the territory of the republic at the expense of all sources of financing January-June . That's 14.4% less than a year ago.

For every thousand people in the area, 214 square meters of housing were built.

In housing construction, the share of housing built by the population at its expense and aid, 8%. Residents built 5,906 clean residential buildings with an area of ​​633,800 square meters. That's 9.7% less than in January-June last year. At the same time, 236.3 thousand square meters of the total area of ​​residential buildings, or 75.2% of January-June 2017, were commissioned by legal entities of the republic for the same period .
