The Rules of Professional Conduct are based on Belarussian legislation and the traditions of public registration of real estate. and transactions with it, generally accepted standards of ethics and morality. They constitute a set of provisions that determine the requirements for registration officers in the exercise of their professional duties, including in relationships.

The decision comes into force on July 22, 2018.
