The Federal Antimonopoly Service found violations in the purchase documents for the maintenance of the St. Petersburg peripheral road (KAD)
Previously, the client of the FCU "Uprdor North West" for the maintenance of the ring road from 2019 to 2023. The initial price (maximum) of the contract is almost 9.2 billion rubles. The auction was scheduled for August 16th.
The public organization STOPKARTEL addressed the FAS complaining of violations committed during the procurement process. Employees of the anti-monopoly authority found the complaint partially justified. The FAS Commission has concluded that unnecessary requirements for the composition of the application for participation in the auction have been established illegally in the technical part of the auction documentation.
The FAS decided to order the elimination of violations of the contractual system. The issue of the initiation of a procedure for an administrative offense will also be decided.
