The company offsets its expenses for the end of the "foreign" construction because of the profit from the sale of real estate on the land provided without competition.

A reasonable question arises, but will shareholders not be deceived twice? The investor will receive a profitable parcel, will be engaged in the construction, and the problems of the participants in the shared construction will be set aside "for later". As members say, the new law provides guarantees from the development of the situation in this scenario.

– Everything will be very clearly stated in the contracts. In the priority of the developer, claiming the site without bidding, still issues of defrauded co-investors will be held, – said the first deputy speaker of the State Duma of the region Yuri Matveev. – This will be followed by weekly monitoring. If nothing is done on the homes of shareholders, the developer will simply be disturbed, the land will lose. Repetition of the participants in the shared construction should not be. All this will be stipulated in the documents, in the contracts.

A set of regional laws on shared construction also provides for budget support for the completion of problem projects.

"This does not mean that developers will run out of budget money," added Yury Matveyev. – This concerns individual problems, that it is a loan guarantee, whether a targeted solution for the connection of infrastructure. All this will have to be considered for each specific object, and then the question will pbad through the Duma as changes in the budget. Otherwise no way!

In addition, the package of laws pbaded by regional deputies guarantees deceived co-investors free legal aid to solve housing problems. It will be available to them as early as August of this year.

In the territory of Khabarovsk, the status of defrauded has about 200 holders of actions, whose developers are officially declared bankrupt.
