Representatives of 19.5% of the companies reported that the proportion of these workers exceeded 50% of the organization's workforce.

In addition, 65% of companies indicated that the current need for specialists in on-demand professions was 10%. About 9.5% of organizations lack more than half of these workers.

The survey involved 26,900 organizations from all Russian regions. The adjusted list includes 1075 occupations, while 28.4% of them do not appear in the Directory of Professions. According to the results of the data processing, 181 professions were excluded.

Olga Vasilieva, head of the Ministry of Education, announced that from 1 January 2020, it is expected to exclude nearly 100 positions from the list of occupations and specialties of the school. secondary vocational education.
