Omsk Court upheld the fact of cartel collusion in road repair

At the end of last week, the eighth Omsk appeal court ended the "cartel collusion" case. The decision of the FSIO was recognized as legal, and three construction companies were fined 13 million rubles.

The situation was mentioned for the first time last August, when LLC "Stroytrust" LLC "Avtodorservis" and LLC "Construction Company" Continent in cartel collusion. According to the OFAS, three companies reached an informal agreement in 2016 to participate in the auction. As a result, three contracts for the repair of Neftezavodskaya, Krasnoyarsk tract and Korolev Prospekt cost the city's budget at the highest possible price.

The companies themselves with the verdict of the anti-monopoly service did not agree and tried to challenge it in court. However, both the court of first instance arbitration and the appeal side with the FSIO. Now "Continent" is to pay 8 million rubles fine, "Stroytrust" 4 million, and "Avtodorservice" – 141 thousand. In addition, the company officials were personally fined, they will have to give the budget of 20 thousand rubles.
