The cities of the Middle Urals have been evaluated on the quality of financial management

The Ministry of Finance of the Sverdlovsk region has prepared a note of the municipalities on the quality of financial management following the results of 2017. The badessment was carried out on criteria such as budget planning, the 39, budget execution, debt management, municipal services and transparency of the budget process.

The first degree of quality was awarded to Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Verkhnyaya Salda, Kachkaran and Sredneuralsk. And the last three have improved their performance compared to 2016. 59 municipal entities have become "Winners" of II degree. III "degree of quality – 10 municipalities, Urinalformbureau reported to the information policy department of the Sverdlovsk region."

On behalf of the governor, local governments encourage the ruble to improve the quality of financial management.So, in the regional budget-2017 for municipalities with the appropriate quality of budget management, 113 million additional rubles were taken into account, in 2011 116 million – 116 million.The funds for the encouragement of municipalities following the results of 2017 will be entered in the budget of the region for next year.
