The State Duma adopted a law on fines for violations in the construction of equity

MOSCOW, July 19 – RIA Novosti. The Duma adopted in third and final reading the draft law on administrative responsibility for violations in shared construction.

The bill was submitted to the lower house by deputies from all factions led by the Duma Speaker, Vyacheslav Volodin. in particular, a fine for officials for unreasonable decision-making on extradition or refusal to give an opinion on the developer's compliance and project documentation with the requirements established for the composition of 50 to 100 thousand rubles .

In case of failure to provide information in a single information system for the construction of housing, a fine for civil servants will be up to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities – up to 30 thousand. to 200 thousand rubles. If the violation is repeated, the penalty for the officials will be 80 thousand rubles or they may be disqualified for a period of one to three years, and the fine for legal persons will increase to 400 thousand rubles.
