The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved the implementation of the 63rd region for the creation of a territory for advanced development (TOP) in Chapaevsk. This became known at the meeting of the interdepartmental commission on the creation and operation of territories of socio-economic development
Now, Chapaevsk will become more attractive for investment. In addition, the number of jobs will increase in the city.
– TOR residents also receive tax benefits, preferential rates for insurance premiums, and a decrease in rents, and the operating regime of the free customs zone, said the governor Provisional Dmitry Azarov. – All this will help to increase the number of jobs and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the mono-industrial zones.
The Samara region already has a successful experience in creating a TOP in Togliatti, where agreements are made with 29 residents. This is a record number among all the territories of advanced socio-economic development
