Workers at the "Clean City" regional operator have already started the first stage of construction – they are preparing a landfill for solid municipal and industrial waste. In this complex, up to 60% of the garbage will be fully recycled – first of all, plastic, paper and glbad.

On January 1, 2019, Russia will put in place a new system of selective collection and recycling. The Rostov region is already implementing the project and an infrastructure has been created. In Volgodonsk, in addition to the landfill, a sorting workshop and a biocomposting site are equipped. Investors also ensure that they have taken care of underground and underground water – from obtaining harmful substances they will be protected by anti-filtration screens. This complex will take garbage from the 10 closest municipalities. In addition, as managers say, recycling is becoming a profitable business. The complex will transform organic waste into agricultural fertilizer, for example plastic, into raw materials for later production.

"It is no longer profitable, as before, to get the trash out of the beams, the forest belts, everywhere." Garbage now becomes a commodity, and now the more the collector brings to the landfill – this 39, is in the sanctioned place, the more he will receive money, "- says Irina Yaltyreva, Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Rostov region.Everyone will have an intermunicipal facility of 39; environmental waste disposal or reduced MEOK.This Volgodonsk, Krasnosulinsky, Millerovsky, Morozovsky, Myasnikovsky, Neklinovsky, Novocherkbadk and Salsky.

It is expected that Rostov will serve the complex in the district of Myasnikovsky. "The company" Clean City "will finance the construction project and become a regional operator of the Don's capital – the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Rostov region has already signed a contract for a period of 10. As explained by investors, the Myasnikovsky complex will be the largest and will receive status of federal importance.

"A modern green technology park will be built where we are planning to build a modern waste treatment complex, there will also be a landfill to house municipal and industrial solid waste, and there will also be a biocomposting site. to select 60-70% of useful waste and minimize burial up to 30%, "said Ella Kuzmina, deputy general manager of the city clean.

The regional operator plans to invest more than 2 billion rubles in the construction of the eco-friendly park. Company representatives note, the innovations will be introduced in stages. On the first – the waste will be divided only into food and non-food waste. And after 2020, the transition to separate collection for each species is planned.
