05:01 – UK: Prince Louis baptized at a private ceremony

Prince Louis, the third child of Prince William and his wife Kate, is to be baptized on Monday at a private ceremony at St. James's Palace in London. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, Chief the Anglican Church, will lead the office, attended by members of the royal family and close friends of the parents. Prince Louis will be baptized by Justin Welby who will lay on his forehead the blessed water of the Jordan. "A great privilege" as much as a "nerve-racking" event, said the Archbishop of Canterbury. The ceremony is scheduled for 15:00 GMT and should last forty minutes. The names of godparents must be announced during the day.
