21h36 – Wounded in several accidents in the region of Mouscron

Firefighters in the western Hainaut region responded to two accidents in the Mouscron area on Sunday. Several wounded are to be deplored. Accidents caused traffic problems, especially on the E403 / A17 motorway on Sunday afternoon. A car traveling on the expressway was on the roof Sunday afternoon at Estaimpuis. Two ambulances from Tournai and Mouscron were sent to the scene. Beaconing was put in place the time of the intervention, slowing traffic in the direction of Tournai to Moeskroen. An hour later, rescue services intervened for an accident at rue de la Coquinie in Mouscron where two vehicles collided. There too, several wounded are to deplore.
