Twelve Congolese fishermen have been killed and a dozen others are missing after Ugandan soldiers retaliate on Lake Edward, which the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda share, announced A local Congolese official: "In retaliation by the Ugandan army over unarmed fishermen, the provisional toll is twelve dead and missing," said Deputy Executive Secretary of the North Kivu provincial government, Muhindo Kyakwa.
