The search engine Qwant, which prides itself on respecting the privacy of its users by not collecting any data, presents a brand new design on the occasion of its 5th anniversary. If nothing changes in the background, the form is more modern and intuitive.
This new design is unveiled while the search engine is celebrating its fifth anniversary. The idea is to offer Internet users who opt for this alternative to Google an interface as simple as possible and the most pleasant to use, adapted to mobile uses. In its desktop version, the display on three columns thus leaves room for a layout much more airy and finally clbadic. In this evolution, even the Qwant logo has been revised.
As a reminder, Qwant does not install any cookie on the terminals of its users and does not keep their search history. It also differs from Google and other search engines by offering different types of results including a section dedicated to social networks.
Qwant claims a 5% market share in France, in a sector dominated by Google, with 70 million cumulative monthly visits and almost 10 billion requests in 2017. Its goal is to reach 5 to 10% of the European market by 2020. Qwant is now available in 28 languages in more than 160 countries. 19659005]
