A foldable iPhone would be in the boxes of Apple

When we talk about the concept of a smartphone with foldable screen, several brands come to mind today: the very high-end Samsung Galaxy X, the promise of Huawei to provide the first collapsible smartphone in 2019 or LG still wants to get into the race. Today, Apple would be among its builders who rely on a foldable smartphone.

Several badysts agree that the Cupertino company is working on a large-scale project that has thrilled for many years the world of smartphones: a phone with foldable screen. If this product is still in the draft stage for many brands, it will take a few more years before landing one with an apple on its back side.

The Korea Times quotes a source working with Apple in a report, which explains that " Apple is trying to release new iPhone with enhanced features next year and it plans to develop foldable iPhone, which will come a few years later "

Some hallway noise served as the output of such a device in 2020, but this new report suggests that it will be even more patient before it arrives. Curiously, this report mentions a possible partnership of the Californian firm with LG, rather than its Korean competitor Samsung. Both brands are working on the development of a mobile of the kind.

Anyway, if this report is true, we are still miles away from being able to hold an iPhone folded in our hands. Android will certainly turn the first phone to meet this long-awaited feature, but it's still too early to know who Samsung, LG or Huawei will win.
