The group of children stuck for several weeks in a cave in Thailand after rising water due to very bad weather has been located but their extraction may take several weeks, if not months.
Different ways are being studied but many of these children do not know how to swim or dive, the exit operation looks complicated to the extent that the intermediate halls are flooded.
The billionaire Elon Musk is interested in this case and has sent a team of engineers from its high-tech companies SpaceX and The Boring Company on site to study various technical solutions that would allow their delivery.
In a tweet , the businessman evokes several possible paths. Another way would be to pbad a flexible and tight tunnel to the children's room but this second hypothesis is more complicated to put in place because of the conformation of the cave
Other aspects are also studied to try to accelerate the drainage of the flooded areas (but the heavy rains expected may complicate things) or to ensure a line of air.
