The facts take place in Jemeppe-sur-Sambre this weekend.
It all begins Friday when a man, born in 1980 in Sambreville, is arrested for thefts committed in vehicles. He is taken to the station and released on Saturday at 7am.
Just hours after his release, he starts flying in cars again. He will be arrested a second time during the night from Saturday to Sunday and deprived of liberty for these facts. He will be found carrying his booty but also with a flashlight and, especially, a butterfly knife which is a prohibited weapon.
In the process, investigators will take advantage of his presence at the police station to question him on a robbery committed in Jemeppe last April, a robbery committed at night with a knife (a knife).
He had been denounced by one of his accomplices. The Resident Substitute at the Namur Public Prosecutor's Office requested an arrest warrant for robbery and theft.
