It's a chilling discovery that we do the Marseille police and the SPA. Cats, dogs, and a hedgehog weakened in cages, as well as two corpses of dogs that would have been frozen and then burned before being put in a trash can, were found in a Marseilles house.

The owner, a a young woman in her twenties "admitted to having burned the dogs, but not to have killed them, she had frozen them, then thawed them to burn, in order to make 'leave their souls'", indicates a police source.

She was arrested and heard by the police as part of a procedure for acts of cruelty to animals. It has since been released.

Neither water nor food

These animals suffered a real ordeal as the excavations carried out in the dwelling suggest. The cages of the dogs were not adapted, when the cats were "delivered to themselves, living in their excrement". All, very weakened, lived "without water and without food", described SPA Marseille-Provence, on its page Facebook. The badociation took charge of live animals were entrusted to the SPA. She promises to "take (the officials) to the court and have them convicted for this cruelty and barbarism".
