Fulham strengthened on Wednesday with the arrival of the German André Schürrle. The international midfielder is on loan for the next two seasons by Borussia Dortmund
Schürrle, 27, makes his second stint in England after playing for Chelsea (2013-2015). In his home country, the 2014 world champion has already played for Mainz 05 (2009-2011), Bayer Leverkusen (2011-2013), Wolfsburg (2015-2016) and Borussia Dortmund (2016-2018). Last season, he played 26 official matches, scoring only three goals.
Fulham, with Belgium's Denis Odoi and Ibrahima Cissé under contract, validated his ticket to the Premier League at the end of the defunct Championship.
