End of Autolib ': "250 million to recover" for the Bolloré Group

Bolloré figure to 250 million euros the sum to be recovered from the mixed union bringing together the Autolib 'user communes, after the termination of the car-sharing service contract, says Marie Bolloré, the group's director of mobility.

Heavily deficient, the Paris service of shared electric cars whose contract was terminated on June 21, will end Tuesday at 23:59.

"We are currently calculating the amount we will ask in September to mixed union Autolib 'Vélib', with which we were under contract, "says Ms. Bolloré in an interview in the Journal du dimanche (JDD).

" It will take into account the losses we have accumulated and the costs of termination. 2017, these losses amounted to 210 million euros.We will take 60 million at our expense, "she continues.

" We will therefore have to recover 150 million euros, to which will be added all the contracts that the starting costs of the employees, the net book value of goods, such as the charging stations, are fixed at around 250 million, "she calculates.

The Autolib 'Vélib' joint trade union – which brings together 103 common Paris, a majority of its members, and the Bolloré group had been responsible for the deficit for weeks, estimated by Bolloré at a total of 293.6 million, of which it agreed to pay only 60 million. The PSA group wants to launch its car-sharing service in Paris at the end of 2018, while the renter Ada and the private hire company Drivy are also preparing bids.
