A young Belgian 6 years lost his life Tuesday on vacation.
According to the site Nau.ch, a young Belgian boy of 6 years lost his life Tuesday near the Morteratsch Glacier in Upper Engadine (Switzerland). On a mountain holiday with his family, the child received a rock on his head, fallen from a slope during a landslide.
Help was immediately called to the scene of the tragedy while the boy was seriously injured. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the child died on the spot.
Police and authorities announced on Wednesday that an investigation was open to find out the precise circumstances of the tragedy.
