A new competitive PvP mode on Destiny 2 Defiants

Our American confreres of Game Informer continue to distill with Bungie new information regarding the next extension of Destiny 2 Renegades . This time, the information will interest PvP fans.

Indeed, Bungie will add a new competitive multiplayer game mode named Breakthrough (sorry but I do not I do not currently have the French translation of the mode). This mode consists of two phases. In the first, two teams of 4 players go rusher to try to capture a single point named Breaker . In the second phase, the team that captured the point will have to attack the base of the other team that will appear just after the first phase. It's a mix between flag-catching and attack / defense in a way. It will take several rounds to win a match. As usual, it will be necessary to practice it to judge the interest of this new mode. But hey, always good to have a bit of novelty for PvP fans.

Destiny 2 Renegades is scheduled on PS4, Xbox One and PC for September 4, 2018.
