Against mobile threats: Kaspersky Lab strengthens security with a new solution

Smartphones have become as important to businesses as computers.

In fact, one in five employees intellectual property by using their personal mobile devices (phone or tablet). This increasing mobility of personnel is accompanied by a growing risk of cyber threats: according to Kaspersky Lab, 42 million attacks on mobile phones were recorded in 2017.

To help customers meet this challenge, Kaspersky Lab has updated Kaspersky Security for Mobile, its mobile threat defense solution that enhances the level of control, visibility and security of enterprise data on mobile devices. Android and iOS systems.

This solution allows IT security teams to configure and control security management on Android and iOS devices. The solution integrates with the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, iOS MDM and Samsung KNO platforms, for creating additional rules and restricting, for example, mobile access to public Wi-Fi networks or the use of of their camera in the premises of the company.
