Workers' staff affiliated to the FGTB, meeting Thursday morning in general badembly, decided to disengage during 24 hours on Friday to denounce the social climate more and more difficult within the workshops.
The movement of discontent is left of the cannon, stopped since last July 2nd. The staff of this workshop is exhausted because of the very tense relations with a group leader, says the FGTB, denouncing the inertia of management.
To support the staff of these workshops, the workers affiliated to the union Socialist met on Thursday morning to decide on actions. The 300 workers present decreed a 24-hour work stoppage on Friday and, for a total duration of six days, the stopping of the clockings and a slowing down of the pace in the workshops.
At the end of the planned summer holidays until As of July 30, workers affiliated with the FGTB will badyze the situation with regard to management's reaction. Other actions could occur in early August, according to the union.
