A near Couleur Café last year and Dour this summer, two festivals that have changed places, it's this week at the Francofolies de Spa turn to reinvent itself by opening the Francofou Village (at the Parc de 7 Heures) at the big stage Pierre Rapsat moved place Royale. All to create a unique site. This small revolution created a "positive excitement" among the organizers, as Charles Gardier reminded us in his brief opening speech.
