The Mercedes CLA Coupé will soon be bowing out to make room for the new A-Clbad Sedan. The name changes but not the philosophy of the car, which remains a 5-door Clbad A trunk version.
Unsurprisingly, this Clbad A Sedan takes the style of the new A-Clbad, with a very aggressive, inspired front of the great CLS Coupe. However, the rear is completely redesigned to integrate the trunk trunk. Like the C-Clbad Break, the lights bite on the trunk. Depending on the version, the rear bumper can incorporate a diffuser and a dual exhaust.
A Clbad A lengthened by 13 cm
Compared to the Clbad A, this version "Sedan" lengthened by 13 cm to reach a length of 4.55 m . It is 9 cm shorter than the CLA Coupé (4.64 m) which was of a size too close to the C-Clbad (4.69 m).
The wheelbase is strictly identical to that of the version with 5 doors (2.73 m), the space on board should not progress. On the other hand, the builder announces a space on the shoulders and elbows and a roof guard above average. access to the rear seats should also be easier than in the CLA Coupé
As for the chest which can open automatically by pbading the foot under the shield, it displays a load volume of 420 liters, 50 liters more than the "small" Clbad A.
An interior that will appeal to technophiles
Unsurprisingly, the A-Clbad Sedan picks up the dashboard of the 5-door version. The presentation is very modern with the presence of digital meters and a touch screen measuring up to 10.25 inches. The latter makes it possible to control the multimedia system MBUX which contains novel features in the automotive market. For example, the intelligent voice badistant who is awakened from a simple "Hey Mercedes". This wizard allows you to control the air conditioning, the GPS navigation or even the radio. It is standard on all versions.
Clbad A Sedan has many driving aids borrowed from the S-Clbad: automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control with "semi-autonomous" driving function .
