Microsoft Store (formerly Windows Store) is an application store created by Microsoft. On this shop, users can download so-called universal applications, which can be run on various Windows 10 devices: PC, tablet, smartphone, Xbox One. In addition to applications, users can also download games and movies.
While Microsoft continues to promote its store, the publisher has introduced a minor change, but the impact is significant. It is no longer possible to change region to access content or exclusive offers. Previously, Microsoft allowed users to access exclusive content simply by changing the region and language of their Windows device, even though they were not in that region.

From now on, Microsoft no longer allows this manipulation. While going to the site and manually changing the region, the user will see an error message telling him that he is in a different physical area and will not be able to buy the content.
