Misunderstanding remains at the coast where two young children were rescued in the late afternoon.
It is 18 hours in Koksijde when two young children are saved from the water. What happened ? The blur remains. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, an adult went to the sea with his three children by a sandbank off the coast.
