From September, in Brussels, the Pasha application will allow parking in front of the garage doors listed in the system. The owner will receive a rent that the motorist will pay with the app.
Summary:
With Pasha, individuals with a garage can rent the place in front of their door to the users of the app. It allows to find and reserve the place. The motorist must give the front the desired parking time. The payment is made via the app and a portion is paid to the owner of the garage. The tenant must, however, take into account the blue areas and rates of the parking meter. Pasha, however, proposes to pay these fees directly on the app if the road is part of an area covered by the manager who has entered into a partnership with the start-up.
Special panel
This collaborative economy system requires connected signage to be placed on the garage door. This will display the owner's nameplate and, depending on the reservations, that of the renter authorized to park during the reserved hours. Thus, parking can be done legally on the public road in front of the garage. This digital sign is essential. It must be rented (maximum € 2.50 per month). Pasha promises that this sum will be quickly profitable since the owner will receive 50% of the hour of rent except supplement of the time stamp. It estimates the income at minimum 500 € per year.
