After finalizing the acquisition of TextMaster, the specialist in professional cloud translation solutions, the Technicis group, led by Benjamin du Fraysseix, continues its expansion through the acquisition of HL TRAD. It has thus achieved its fourth external growth since the acquisition of Naxicap Partners. Idinvest Partners supports this new acquisition with unitranche financing

Founded in 2006 in Paris, HL TRAD has experienced significant growth since its inception. This renowned agency specializes exclusively in legal and financial verticals. In addition to its business expertise, HL TRAD stands out for its ability to provide 24/7 service. A responsiveness particularly appreciated by the legal and financial clientele. With the support of the Capital Croissance Entrepreneur's Club, which was added to its capital in September 2015, HL TRAD itself bought the agencies CPW (financial translation) and Semantis (translation in communication, marketing and luxury) in 2017 to accelerate its development

The Technicis group now has more than 450 employees and a stronger presence abroad with offices spread across Europe (France, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Finland, Germany, England , The Netherlands, Czech Republic) and North America (Canada).

The group aims for a turnover of more than 75 million euros in the year 2018.

« We have been positioned for more than 10 years on the legal and financial translation, with a French and European clientele of which we are proud – the arrival of the HL TRAD Group reinforces these clusters. The obvious synergies resulting from the new set will allow us to offer our customers unprecedented quality of service and responsiveness " says Benjamin du Fraysseix, CEO of Technicis Group.

" We are particularly pleased with this new external growth, which confirms the scalable dimension of the Technicis group's business model. With both organic and external growth, Technicis is increasingly becoming a major player in translation in Europe. Laurent Sallé, Associate Director at NAXICAP Partners.
