"There have been a lot of mistakes lately, and it's important for you to know the facts," says Rachel Hughes, HR Manager at Ryanair, in a video on Vimeo where she appears to be addressing employees, strikers or not, only to travelers.

Rachel Hughes explains that a study was conducted with staff to "minimize the impact on clients". "There is no obligation to follow the strike next week, [les 25 et 26 juillet] It is your right to do so, but you are free to work if you wish." Before adding: "Any additional transport costs will be reimbursed in full".

According to this study, despite the recent strike movements in Ireland by pilots and in Portugal by cabin crew, the majority of the flying crew for the company "went to work."

Finally, Rachel Hughes recalls that the negotiations, for which the direction is always "open", take place with the unions. Employees who wish to take part in the strike are asked to let it know by Wednesday 18h

Unions in four countries, including ours, are announcing strike actions on July 25th and 26th. Ryanair stewards will be out in Belgium, Portugal and Spain. Italy participates on July 25 only.
