Composed of seven episodes of thirty minutes each, "Who Is America?" will be interested in the cultural and political actors of the United States whether they are known to the general public or not. Despite two videos posted on the Twitter account of Sacha Baron Cohen, the mystery surrounding this new series remains intact. The 46-year-old actor should, however, embody the central character of this program that already appears as a satire of the United States.
In the last video published on social networks on July 8, Sacha Baron Cohen appears in images successive in the process of being made. Former US Vice President Dick Cheney is also present signing a "water torture kit" that the CIA allegedly used on terrorists suspected of the September 11, 2001 bombing. "Imagine if Sacha Baron Cohen had secretly filmed a new series for a year," said the teaser.

The long-awaited series has already created controversy in the political sphere. The American politician Sarah Palin confessed to being "trapped" by the comedian and the American channel Showtime. Member of the Republican Party, the latter would have accepted an interview for a "historical documentary". An interview that has obviously gone very badly since Sarah Palin has published a severe statement on his Facebook page, which reads among other things: "Do you mock political and public figures as much as you want, if you arrive at sleep at night, but HOW DARE YOU make fun of those who fought and served our country. " One more publicity stunt for "Who Is America?"
The series will be available from Monday, July 16th in VOST on the MyCbad offer or every Monday at 8:30 pm on Cbad + Décalé.
