The most famous Belgian businessman in the Congo, George Forrest, has just acquired 75% of the shares of the Val Saint-Lambert crystal factory in Seraing. The previous owner, Jacques Somville, retains the remaining 25%. He wants to refocus the brand on the Belgian market and boost its sales website.

Clap end for Jacques Somville, this Brussels industrialist, also active in the Congo, and who had bought in 2013 the crystalworks then bankrupt. He tried to revive them thanks to big investments made on his personal funds.
