The Sheamus and Cesaro duo were completely absent from the WWE screen since last May. Was a member of The Bar injured? Did we have the end of their duet? The answer to the questions is no.
The WWE simply had no plan for The Bar, so the team was removed from the screen. On the other hand, the duo was always active in the pre-show Dark Match of SmackDown Live or each week during the Live Events not broadcast.
Now that The Bar will be back in force for a new team tournament which was announced by General Manager Paige on Twitter. Indeed, four teams will compete in a three-week tournament where the winning team will win a fight for the team titles against the Bludgeon Brothers at the SummerSlam 2018 special show! This tournament will start on July 24 at SD Live, preview of the show here
The Bar will compete with Sanity, New Day and the Usos! It will be a better chance next time for the Good Brothers Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
