As for other IC links, they will run during the day or only during peak hours

A very limited number of S trains and L trains will take service only during peak hours. The majority of P trains will not roll either. Additional trains to the coastline and tourist trains will not be output. Conversely, five special trains will be chartered for the Dour Festival, two from Brussels, two from Namur and one from Tournai.
