Under idyllic weather conditions, the 2018 edition broke a new attendance record. The numerous concerts, including that of Coeur de Pirate, conquered the public in the heart of the Enghien park.

The 11th edition of the LaSemo festival ends this Sunday evening with an extremely positive result for the organizers. With the complicity of a summer weather, they have, in fact, beaten a new attendance record. Nearly 30,000 people crossed the Enghien Park during the week-end, where the many concerts and programmed activities conquered young and old.

Le Troquet, one of the new thematic spaces designed by Samuel Chapell and his team, is one of the big successes of this edition with its offbeat humor, its amazing concerts and its "Tractor Pulling Vocal" contest. The musical ride, another novelty 2018, seduced by his poetry and its exceptional setting. Elsewhere in the heart of the magnificent estate of Arenberg, success has not stopped for the Amusoir, the Wonderland, the Guinguette or the street art shows.

Musically, let's pin down the highlights of the concert of the Canadian singer Pirate Heart which was unanimous while the Cabaret was sold out at all performances for the second year in a row. Cherry on the sound, the victory of the Red Devils against Brazil broadcast on the big screen held spellbound festival-goers. Rendez-vous is already taken in July 2019 for a 12th edition that will try to do even better.
