It is a very sad fact that occurred this Sunday, around 12h, along the boulevard Walter de Marvis. Four individuals attacked a man with a mental disability. The latter had just been a tour of the flea market in the Bastions car park. He had then wished to recover his bike which he had padlocked in the place envisaged for this purpose when it was docked by the authors.
The victim was then found with a butterfly knife under the throat. His attackers wanted his bike, which they had. They also got hold of his backpack. One of the perpetrators fled on the stolen bike to Bastions Street while the other three men boarded a Golf 5 car to leave the premises in the same direction.
Obviously very frightened, the victim has to leave the place running.
