Two young men of 27 years were arrested this weekend in the Carré de Liège for theft, we learned this Sunday from the prosecutor's office in Liège. They stole objects from people who were distracted or soaked in alcohol.

The two individuals who were illegally staying were working as duets in the Carré de Liège. After spotting their prey, one of them was on the lookout while the other was going to steal objects left out or the victims themselves. They mainly attacked people who were weakened by alcohol and, in fact, more distracted and less likely to be aware of the situation.
