The ultimate goal is to be able to make the most money possible on the back of each patient and optimize the investments made. This means maximizing the use of each room, since equipment that is not in use yields nothing. It will be necessary that everything runs at full speed, that people queue (but as little as possible, so they do not go elsewhere) and if some must die, so be it. As long as the death rate remains marginal and your hospital is healed more than it kills, people will be happy. </p>
